One of the world’s finest extra virgin olive oils is produced just a step away from the sea, in Barbariga, on fertile Istrian soil, thanks to the 10,000 olive trees there.

The Salvela extra virgin olive oil is produced from five different olive varieties in one of the oldest oil mills in Istria, located in Vodnjan.

Besides tastings where you will indulge your taste buds in some magical flavours, the tours around our olive groves and vineyards have been designed and will lead you through the natural beauties of Istria where your body will be awakened whilst breathing in the fresh sea air.
