Explore the intact nature of Boljun

Boljun is a small ancient town in the Lupoglav Municipality. It is situated on a hill around the medieval castle. From the top of the hill, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Učka mountain and Boljun Valley. 

Boljun used to have its own mayor and a judge from the 15th until the 17th century. Today, this town has just under 80 inhabitants which makes it an ideal tourist destination for all of you who want to escape big cities and busy life. 

Have a walk across the town and feel the intact nature around you. Also, don’t miss trying traditional dishes in the local Boljun tavern!
