The Pula market
A place where local products, gastronomy, and cultural events come together
The Pula market started operating in 1902. It consists of the main building and an open space area. This market is certainly one of the most beautiful ones in Croatia. It is recognizable by chestnut trees that surround it, stone tables, and red umbrellas.
Here, you will find grocery stores, bars, and small restaurants. In addition to fish, meat, fruits, and vegetables, at the Pula market, you can try products from local producers such as homemade cheese, olive oil, wine, etc.
Cultural events at the Pula market are common, especially during summer. If you have the opportunity, do not miss assisting some of them.
