Buzet
Buzet is another Istrian town definitely worth visiting. The Old Town of Buzet is located on a hill. However, most inhabitants of Buzet live in the newer part of Buzet, just below the hill.
The river Mirna passes near Buzet. Thanks to the river, the soil here is very fertile and rich in truffles.
While in Old Town visit the Chapel of St. Vitus, the lapidarium, Bembo Palace, Renaissance tower, and churches.
If you are here in September, don't miss the most popular event - Subotina. On that day, all old craft workshops open so you can visit old bakeries, pharmacies, etc.
