Bus
Bus is a beach, which mainly consists of pebbles, is 70 meters long and is accessible by car, bicycle, boat or on foot. Beach amenities include a restaurant, toilet, shower, children's playground and a free tourist train that goes to Bale. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the beach volleyball court and diving center, and pet owners have a pet beach nearby.
However, in 2022, the environment was damaged by the construction of inappropriate and controversial villas within the Mon Perin camp. The villas damaged the natural environment and affected the overall look and feel of the beach. The construction of these villas has been the subject of many discussions and criticisms, as many believe that they spoil the beauty and natural charm of this area.
Beach Bus is located within the protected area in the category "Rovinj coast and islands" under the jurisdiction of the Public Institution "Natura Histica".
Despite the negative impact of the villas, the beach is still a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. With its excellent quality of the sea for swimming and a wide choice of facilities, the beach is an ideal place for a day of relaxation and fun. The beach is only a 15-minute drive from Bal, and parking is available for a surcharge. If you are looking for a beautiful beach on the west coast of Istria, beach Bus is definitely worth a visit.
