Dragonja River
Dragonja River is the border river between Croatia and Slovenia
Along with Mirna and Raša, Dragonja River is one of three Istrian rivers. It is located in the northwestern part of the peninsula and is approximately 30 kilometers long.
The river rises in Popeter in Slovenia and flows into the Gulf of Piran. There are a number of famous waterfalls along this river that you can visit throughout the year.
