The seasonal menu centres on homemade pasta. Jazz has been part of Kamene priče for more than 20 years, and renowned jazz musicians often perform there.
Seasonal variations on homemade pasta
Homemade pasta is prepared according to the season, with fresh vegetables, truffles or cheese. The menu also includes beef stew with noodles, fish and steak with fried potatoes.
Wines from Bale include Somnis from the Lupić family farm. Hirter beer is also available.
Jazz in the tavern and on the square
Jazz has been part of Kamene priče for more than two decades, including days without a concert, and the piano has a permanent place in the tavern. The people behind Kamene priče founded the Last Minute Open Jazz Festival, whose main programme now takes place on Tomaso Bembo Square. Performances by renowned jazz musicians take place at the tavern throughout the year and are announced separately.
Walk through the passage beneath Soardo-Bembo Castle to reach the small square where Kamene priče is located. Current concert dates are listed on the Last Minute Open Jazz Festival page.

My favourite place in the whole of Istria. Spent many a day chilling in this venue, watching the world go by.
